Testimonial: Kerry County Childcare Committee

In 2009 & 2010 Kerry County Childcare Committee contracted Ulrich Schraewer of QS-Development to deliver Manual Handling training and Food Hygiene & Safety training to Childcare Providers in Kerry.  We have found Ulrich very professional in his approach to the organisation and delivery of Training/workshops.

Ulrich was very eager to offer training that specifically met the needs of our clients (Childcare Providers, Childminders and Parents).  We liaised with Ulrich to help him understand our training needs and then develop workshops to meet those identified needs while also being mindful of regulatory requirements.

Feedback from course participants on training delivered by QS-Development has been very positive.  Trainees on both courses expressed satisfaction with the course content and praised Ulrich's delivery style.  We will be liaising with QS-Development again in the future to offer training to childcare providers in Kerry.

Kerry County Childcare Committee would have no problem recommending Ulrich Schraewer and QS-Development for training.

Testimonial: Food Allergen Seminar for Producers

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

"I recently attended the Food Allergen Awareness Seminar For Producers. I found it to be very informative, especially in relation to allergen labelling and the effects of allergens on allergy sufferers. Also, I found the allergen policy and management very helpful and have adopted it as part of my role as Quality Assurance Manager. I definitely came away with a lot more information and knowledge than I went in with, as well as some very handy contacts, and I would recommend anyone in the food production business to attend. It's money and time very well spent!"

"Even though I am already in the food business, the Food Allergen Awareness Seminar for Producers that I attended with Ulrich really opened my eyes. Ulrich covered lots of intereesting points and made me aware that it is a constanly changing area that I need to keep up to date with. Over the course of the moring, Ulrich had an easy going style that got the message across clearly without it being boring. Gave us lots of information on a broad spectrum which suited as there were lots of us in different areas of the food business. He definitely knows his business and I would not hesitate to contact him in the future for help."

    News from Board Bia -Duesseldorf

".....Companies wishing to have long-term business with Aldi Germany for example would require IFS certification, whereas BRC would only be recognised for short term promotions or special buys. This is also true for other German retailers like Lidl, Metro and Rewe. IFS aims to become a Europe-wide food safety and quality standard in the coming years."
